What can you write to us about?#
- Errors: a figure, date, rule or quotation that does not match its source, a broken link, or a calculation that looks wrong.
- Suggestions: a guide, metric or glossary term you would like us to cover.
- Anything else about the site, including a request to delete a message you sent us earlier.
How do you report an error?#
- Choose “Report an error”
Pick it from the Topic menu in the form.
- Include the page address
Paste the full address of the page, and quote the sentence or figure you think is wrong.
- Point to the evidence
If you can, link the source that contradicts us. Corrections are listed in the corrections log.
What can we not help with?#
We cannot give personal investment, tax or legal advice, recommend a coin, exchange or wallet, or recover funds lost to a scam. TokenTrail offers no investment or fund-recovery services, so any message in our name that offers them is not from us.
What happens to your message?#
The form sends your name, email address, topic and message to our server, where they are stored in a database only so that we can read and reply. Messages are deleted within 12 months. We do not sell or share them. The details are in our privacy policy.
